Welcome to SusanCraver.org!

Welcome to my website!

It's here to give you a general idea of the dance and exercise programs that I teach.

As life goes on, I feel that it gets more important for us to stop and feel the music!

Please feel free to email me with any questions you might have regarding Tap, Zumba, and Senior Fitness.

The pictures in the slide show to the right represent some of the aspects of my dance career: dancing with fellow teachers, leading an outdoor workshop, teaching different age groups over the years, and one pair of my tap shoes signed by Gregory Hines.

Let's dance!

Tap Classes

Tapping is a style of dance that turns you into a musician, using your feet / tap shoes as the percussive instrument. Beginner to advanced adult classes are available.

Zumba Classes

Zumba fitness is the new way to exercise and have fun! This program mixes Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to get you moving and sweat! Long term benefits are burning lots of calories and increased stamina.

The routines use interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body. Add world music, Latin flavor and you've got a Zumba class!

Senior Fitness

It's important for all of us, especially the Senior Set, to keep moving!

What I do is incorporate my Zumba and dance background to keep Seniors moving and having fun. I use Latin rhythms as well as music from the 40's, 50's, and up.

Dance for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's

I’ve been working (dancing!) with people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and also Alzheimer’s, through the Senior Center. We do a 45-55 minute class, starting in a chair and then working on the floor, standing and moving. Please email me if you want to know more!
